I have a nail biting habit which I have had since my childhood, so whenever I am stressed, deep in thought or even when I am reading you will find my nails getting the torture. So when I came across acrylic nails i was literally saved from biting my own nails to the bone, and I have always been wearing them ever since. I decided to share on tips on how to go about having them. Usually it takes 20 to 30 minutes to remove the nail while using a nail file to help take off each layer of the artificial nail.

The players of many ancient Chinese instruments, also commonly used artificial nails. Even the Indian instrument called sarod requires nails for tipping, so many players resort to artificial nails to prevent wear of natural nails.
